6: The Studio
6: The Studio is our coworking, workshop and meeting space in Hanse House on the South Quay in King's Lynn, Norfolk.
Perfect for freelancers and professionals who want to work in a friendly, creative and relaxed atmosphere, we have desk space, break out areas, social areas as well as a dedicated workshop space.
There's free wifi and good coffee brewing all the time, plus no contract or membership commitment which means you only pay for the dates you book.

Single access to the coworking spaces is £10 per half day, £15 per day. We offer discounts for regular use and allow occasional guests at no charge. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Being independent means that we never overbook and can discuss individual requirements, so there's plenty of space for everyone to work comfortably. We're small but perfectly formed, so booking is on a first come, first served basis.
Getting Here
We're just off the A47 with easy access from Hunstanton, Fakenham, Swaffham, Downham Market and Wisbech. Our postcode is PE30 5GN.
There is a Phone and Pay car park behind the building which costs around £5 per day. Alternatively Boal Quay Car Park is a 2 minute walk away and offers all day parking for around £3 (coins or ParkingOps App). There is also short stay parking on the South Quay and the Saturday Market Place.
King's Lynn bus and train stations are a 5-10 minute walk from Hanse House with links from Ely, Cambridge and King's Cross.
Please note that there are stairs up to 6: The Studio and steps to access the workshop area. Unfortunately Hanse House does not have a lift.
Find us at Hanse House
From the quay side (past The Rathskeller), enter Hanse House and walk straight through the lobby. Take the stairs on the left.
